_jenna_ Pontotoc, MS age: 27	Go to the person's profile...when it loads it should have a folder with a thought bubble on it...Click on it and it will lauch the im...if they accept it will bring the person in the im with you..and you and the person can im back and forth...and thats how its done...

dutchboy4u Huntington Beach, CA age: 45	It wasn't like that before, just found that out today when I tried to IM someone that was asking the same question you did. Just wanted to show the how to IM. When I tried a bubble came up and said I had to have prior contact with them before I could IM them. Just trying to help...Have a good one!
