| OK.. im obviously a rookie to this online dating site stuff..
but curious in your opinion what the heck I did wrong(if anything)..

realllly odd.
i got a PM from someone on the site that im assuming found my profile through searching.
i read her profile (no picture  ) it was short & not really informative.
though wary, I replied (i hate rude ppl that dont answer PMs)
she then IM's me & wants to talk over the phone & stuff..
ok.. so at this point im thinking "pump the brakes"
i havent really gotten to know anything about this person at all.
I IM her that we really dont know anything about each other & its prolly
a bit too soon to give out #s etc. especially since i have no idea what she looks like (which is sortve unfair if u ask me)
I told her I hope i wasnt being rude - but just being honest & straightforward.
next thing I know - CLICK - IM session over.. & that persons profile is now set
to private - so i can no longer view it LMAO..
sooo. is it common for ppl on here to just start talking over the phone w/ out
getting to know anything about each other? & Do ppl reallllly expect
to be taken seriously if uy have NO PICTURES of urself?
im definitely not the pick of the litter, but i also have nothing to hide.
& thats what it felt like - u were talking to a mysterious person who
was trying to keep secrets.
any whoooo..
thoughts? reflections? comments?
