Why are there so many word association threads? Would not one at a time be sufficient?

Also wondering why so many other treads are repeated, such as the play bars?

But they are fun! I don't do the bars, etc. Guess people know they are popular. They get more posts than anything else here, it seems.

I was the first to open a pub....in the 50s, it proved to be if not the most popular thread on there at least one of the most popular....it becomes a place like the coffee shops in the am....to say hello and spend time while at the same time replying to other threads....it just becomes a fun place...play music and interact....I started one on here, it dies a quick death...am trying to start a 60s coffee house...maybe it will or won't take off....depends on how everyone feels...

I have not read a thread yet that has stayed "on topic" No, chatting.. we all push that to the limit..if we all had great ideas and amazing topics this site would cost us money$$ We need to appreciate what we have and bring a little sunshine into a normally boring day.

I still don't get the cheating take off....but I think the more of anything that people are enjoying is wonderful...you can't ever have too much of a good thing, can you????
What I do find difficult is the negativeism......seems like because of all the choices, that wouldn't show up????

If everyone had to say 2 positive things about a person, thread or idea before they could say anything negative it would slow down. Then we could be a happy, happy Group.
