Yes we can all get that new hair cut, go to tanning booths, work out- that all helps us and our self image. Love happens sometime quickly, sometimes slowly and mostly when we least expect it, so don't try to force it. I'm 48 and I can still get attracted very easily to pretty, sexy or nice ladies- in a heart beat. Be true to your self and love people for who they are.

How true it is, love can come in a heartbeat, a wink of an eye, a smile, a nod of the head.
When least expected, I'm an older lady who thought that I had gone past it (love that is) when low and behold I was lucky enough to answer a wink recived here on datehookup, I'm now in a very happy relationship with a wonderful guy. So ladies and gents hang in there, there is somebody out there for you.

Well, I was on another dating site, and just recently, I removed my ad. Thought that people I was interested in, weren't interested in me, and the ones that messaged me, well...I wasn't interested in (and yes, I still got back to them!) I felt like I wasn't moving forward with anything, I gave up! Surely there's someone out there! Needless to say, I spoke with a few people that I have met, on that site, they told me not to give up, to put my profile back on.....I did, now we'll see what happens this turn around! But I will say one thing....I won't be expecting tooooooo much!

Nah...too late. Already threw in the towel on love. Working on accepting what my life is, has been and most likely will always be like. It is what it is...work, come home, get up do it all again...all there is. Isn't meant to be for everyone.

I am finding it a little difficult to get excited about meeting someone on Date Hook Up. It seems like the men are easly distracted. Some one sends me a wink I respond we exchange emails and all of a sudden the men have been attracted by some one else. I would like to the men to be honest. It they find someone they like at least give it a chance before wondering off some place else.

I've met a truck driver and he really seen to have a interest
then said I talk to much and was rude but he move on that i know for sure
no more calls.Some just seen to be after a one night stand.
And I would be real worry about that. He had to make a excuse and
be rude.It's makes you want to give up I hope Love happens or this is just a waste
time.I try to keep faith.
