|  i'm a redneck that lives next to one of 'em 'ere HS baseball fields...just an acre 'tween me and them...get about a 5-gallon bucket full 'o soft balls now and ag'in.
yes, they do have rules ...if i'm not mistaken it's 18 inches...used to be all garden...now, I have a natural prairie/field grass in the middle...I like to wait to mow that 'til it's at least re-seeded itself.
so...once a week is good
1. What should I do with the softballs?
2. Should I mow down the prairie pea patch?
3. Can I hear deaf guy in texas mowingblond moment
Speaking of redneck...you know your a redneck if your cousin, twice removed, hits you up on DH...

| Well, I myself don't have a yard, but the guy behind me does, and he mows his, like, every other DAY, after Memorial Day, all summer long. He is seriously obsessed with his lawn, I do believe..he must make sure every single BLADE is so many millimeters high..! I just put my headphones on, or crank up the radio, or just leave, that's the best thing I can do, to keep my sanity..

ok...once a week on his side...this is out front by the road, mailboxes etc...
everything else 2 weeks, excluding the prairie peas, grape hythisents(sp?), and garden/flower bed...
throw the balls over the fence before i run over them...
one time he mowed mine while i was asleep...scared the livin, plumb outta me...omg

| I'm allergic to grass so I mowed only the front yard one week, and the back yard the next. So I didn't have to spend hrs outside scratching, itching, coughing, sneezing, with a runny nose, and blood shot watery eyes.
To my neighbors, & landlord it appeared that I was mowing my yard on a weekly basis. Instead of mowing only half of the yard each week.
I'd say your neighbor suffers from an obsessive complusive disorder, when it comes to his yard. Why don't you ask him why he does it so often? Sounds like you have plenty of opportunities for catching him in the act.
