| I think movies give some great ideas on romance but it's up to the person on seeing the ideas and using them. My idea of romance maybe different than someone else's.
In my 1st marriage I strung up some lights around the bed to make it more romantic. My husband at the time thought it was stupid and asked for me to take it down. Same marriage, my husband at the time set up balloons and flowers for valentines day and took me out to dinner. I appreciated it all and I thought it was romantic.

| I think that men are more realistic when it comes to romance than woman. men do things like picking up your favorite ice cream on a hot day or cleaning the house before you get home from work.

| I think women have an easier time of being romantic then men do, or atleast I do. Men have a tendency to think in Material things. I'll make his favorite meal, pamper him, wait on him, cards for no reason & special occasions. If it makes him have a smile at the end of the day, then thats good. I don't need to be swept off my feet,flowers,jewelry, that all nice. I just need know that he really does love me, so the little things mean alot more.  daddyduck
