| Exactly as the topic reads. Isn't it annoying when you are looking for something in specific and some retard just sends you a wink, note, or friend request? So you ceck out their page and they're te TOTAL opposite of everything you took your sweet time to type? And it's even MORE annoying when you stress your specifics in caps. That just finalizes thier application for the position of village idiot.

| I think they should at least check to see if they are in your prefered age range. I didn't have anything in common with guys in their 20's when I was in my 20's, I'm sure not going to check them out now.

| HELL YEAH! Drives me crazy.. Even as simple as where a person is from can go past some people.. let alone the things you are looking for!
Funny thing is when I go to the States for a holiday.. I can't write to let some keen admirers know I'm on my way.. they missed a few important things in my profile, so I assume they can't read!

| Im not so sure if it is they cant read or comprehend, i think theyre just here for some silly game and not what the site is made for... and of course thats like... 99.9% of the internet. I have to admit, the internet was a great way to open doors for people to meet, but was a pandora's box waiting to be opened. People are idiots, bottom line... and thats never going to change. I would get off of this internet and do soem personal dating, but it's impossible to actually meet and have a good time with someone living in detroit. They're just downright rude with no respect for another person.

| Younggentleman. I feel exactly the same way you do. There have been similar threads such as "winks"(I feel they are lazy)and the men who write, "you're hot or pretty" as if women are going to swoon.
Speaking for my close women friends our preference is a man who writes a short email, ie:

| I think thats 100% true. I am fairly new but i can relate to the meeting people in reality, its near impossible unless you go to school or have lots of friends to hook you up. The only way I can talk to people here is online.
