| I love DH. My only purpose on being here is to entertain myself by all the drama that occurs here. Two days ago a guy from where I live asked me to be his girlfriend. That's good, but he wants me to get off DH even though he doesn't know what site I am in I just told him I was on here. What should I do? I have met alot of really cool people here that I mostly message back and forth and communicate telephonically with 2, but they don't live here. Does he have that right to ask me to get off?

| You do what "you" think is best - not what he thinks. If you're just here to have fun then there should be no problems....good luck girl.

| Don't think at this point, so early in the game that he has any rights over what you do, if you have friends here and have fun, why not stay, if hes already insecure about trusting you, then I say kick his ass to the curb girl..

| he has a right to ask anything he wants...
but as the saying goes..." What ya wish for and what ya receive may not be the same thing!"
Question is... do YOU want to be off here?"
The answer to that is all you need!!

| First rule, never try to change people. If he isn't willing to accept you as you are, which includes doing what you like to do (ie chat on DH), then he isn't the right guy. When you come to the point where you no longer want to hang outon here because it is what you want, then and only then should you stop. Not for some guy that wants you to be his girl.
At the same time, you shouldn't hide it from him that you are still on DH. Be honest and up front with him. If he can't deal with that, he's not a real man.

| i dont really think that he has the right to ask you to stop doing something that you have been engaged in for so long...if you have made true friendships here then he cant tell you that you cannot have your friends...would you perhaps consider a time agreement? In other words just go on DH when he is with you...or perhaps ask him to open an account so that he can atleast view your posts but not view your email...If anything else you might even consider giving him your passcode. I have heard of this before from other site users and these were some of the conclusions that others came up with... Good Luck and hope this helped!
