| I know how you feel. So, I have my own remedy for the less than intelligent jerks they hire. I either write or call their corporate office and inform them of the experience. You would be amazed how things change after one little letter or phone call. I am sick of paying out my hard earned cash for idiots that have no clue what customer service is. (climbing back off soap box now). Really, try that. I am sure you will not only feel better, but you will see results. Oh, get names of the idiots. It really helps!

| FYI I doubt they carry coke products.Taco Bell is owned by Pepsico as is pizza hut.I always demand their corporate 800 number and call and read the riot act to them.Sure make a body feel better

| My ex did almost the exact same thing. They wouldn't give him any more ketchup at the jack-in-the-box, they told him he'd have to come inside. Except they didn't have the packets, they had those big containers that you have to squirt and fill up the little tiny cups. He grabbed the entire metal container, spout and all and left.

| I know how you fell wnd my friend stoped at jack in the box for me so i could get a burger because i hadn`t eatten all day and it was late last night the drive thru was packed ,and the dinning room was empty so i went in the girl just stood there looking at me like she was out there somewhere.After waiting 15 minutes with no one in front of me and me saying repeatedly are you going to take my order .Now not only was that going on but the shift mgr was pecking around the cornner .The last time she peaked .I said what the hell kind of business are you running here.She was completly avoiding me .As soon as i got in the car my friends said i looked like i was getting ready to blow a gasket.So since the b*tch wouldn`t talk to me i call and she`s all mouth on the phone.At that point i lost it .The b*tch hung up on me and i called back and asked for the corprate number.she hung up on me again.I pulled the number up on my computer and just as soon as it`s a decent hour here.I`m so gonna have her freakin job.I mean these b*tches working fast food have it easy today i remember my first job we had to cook serve take orders and count change back.I have been in a management position in the past .If i had of been the general mgr of that store all there asses would have been fired.I was so pissed last night i couldn`t sleep so i have been up all night.Alot of these kids working in fast food have no respect

| BEING IN MANAGEMENT FOR 40 + YEARS I TAKE A DIFFERENT APPROACH WHEN I HAVE THIS KIND OF TREATMENT. SUGGESTION WHEN YOU ARE AT THE PICKUP WINDOW AND THIS KIND OF TREATMENT IS TAKING PLACE, TRY AND NOT LET IT GET YOU PISSED, KEEP AS CALM AS YOU CAN, TAKE YOUR TIME.
1. SLOWLY CHECK YOUR ORDER
2. ASK FOR ANOTHER STRAW FOR YOUR DRINK
3. ASK FOR MORE NAPKINS
4. PRETEND YOU JUST GOT A CALL ON YOU CELL PHONE
5 DO ANYTHING TO PROLONG YOUR STAY AT THE WINDOW
6. ASK THE PERSON IF THEY HAVE A COMMENT CARD YOU CAN GET SO AS TO FILL OUT FOR MAKING SUGGESTIONS. (IF NOT ASK FOR THE SHIFT MANAGER) (ASK FOR AN 800# FOR THE HEADQUARTERS)
7. AT SOME POINT THE LINE BEHIND YOU IS BUILDING, AND YOU ARE PUTTING A KINK IN THE PROCEDURES, MAKE THE REMARK I SURE AM SORRY FOR THE DELAY BUT YOU CANT LEAVE YET AS YOUR ORDER IS NOT YET COMPLETE. (IF I COULD GET SOME EXTRA SUACE I THINK ALL WOULD BE OK).
8. I THINK YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT IF NOT SHUT YOUR CAR OFF AND MAKE THE REMARK OH SH?? I THINK I JUST RAN OF GAS OR SOMETHING.
9. WHEN YOU DO GET YOUR EXTRA SAUCE (WHICH THE PERSON IS WAITING ON YOU IS MAD AS HELL) WILL GIVE YOU A BUNCH, COUNT THEM SLOWLY AND GIVE HIM/HER ONE BACK MAKING THE STATEMENT THAT YOU DONT NEED THAT MANY AND DONT WANT TO WASTE THE STUFF.
10. START TO PULL AWAY BUT STOP KNOCK ON THE WINDOW AND TELL THE PERSON THANKS AND THAT YOU ARE DRIVING ARROUND TO ORDER AGAIN AS YOU FORGOT TO GET SOMETHING.
11. HONK YOUR HORN 3 TIMES OR MORE IF YOU WISH AND BE ON YOUR WAY WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE.
THIS DOES NOT TAKE AS LONG AS ONE WOULD THINK. TRY IT IT WORKS

on any fast food restaurant there is a web site
just google the restaurants name
they all have a complaint areas and location of the restaurant
Believe me they will respond to you and the manager will be warned
of the situation
Another thing never argue with a fast food worker and want your order
made over, you will never know what you get back. Always ask the manager
(not the asst.) to remake your order. NO EXCEPTIONS ! If general manager
is not there ask what time they will be in or ask for their number.

| One of my gripes is at Taco Hell too..in drive thru ..when they ask if I want sauce..I always say FIRE..I want the fire sauce. Apparently..fire sounds too much like mild to those for whom English is not their first language. When they hand me mild sauce..I hand it back and say NO..I want fire..I want the shit thats gonna set my mouth on FIRE ..that usually gets me a big enough handful to send me on my way while they curse me in spanish ..
Ask for a Dr. Pecker some time , just for fun..it lightens the mood..depending on who is on the receiving end of the radio speaker thingie.
