| Im 47 and im beautiful inside and out not out to impress men that are ugly and think because they got a body they need to but a bag over there face. Its whats inside i use to be size 12 and now im a 18 have grown kids and im beautiful inside and out and you mean are not going to make me feel bad about myself id rather have a pretty face than a ugly face.

really don't have a lot of options available to them!
You get what you're born with for the most part!
As far as weight and size goes. I have personaly
lost as much as 80lbs.
Still stuck with this UGLY head though.

| I had this discussion with my mother today as we went shopping. Did you know that 14 is considered a plus size now? Yes, it was told on the news. Obesity is considered a size 14. Heaven forbid.. I seen women a size 14 and they look thin to me. I do not see any double chins or fat thighs or anything. They hold their weight well if they think they are heavy, but i dont find them to be heavy. My mother and father have been married 48 years. They come from the old school. Born and raised and grown up in the 1950's. She said to me you will never find a man like your father, ever in this day and age, and you will be lucky if you do. She said a man is no good who judges you by your weight, and she said that goes for any man.....she called them filthy pigs. My father calls them dirty marines. He was in the ARMY. He said who the hell were they raised by? Apparently by no good parents. Sure, it is important to stay healthy. But if you are going to judge a woman by a size 18, well then you need to tell that man to go fk himself. That is the advice my mother and father told me to tell you.... That is what this society is based on today is weight...and that is what it will always be based on....it is never church, or god, or hunger, or the poor, or charities. It is all about weight. And who the heck do these men think they are anyways. They dont look like tom cruise or a george clooney....They could tend to lose that bif fat beer belly....the men are simply not worth it ladies....they were never men to begin with if they make fun of your size....keep moving....men are like trains, you can always catch another....

| no genuine acceptable reason, other than social breeding. Women judge men on their structure and the size of their "package", and guys judge women on their structure and the dimensions of their "packages". No reason to, but it happens

| Lets not forget how much money cardiologist make in our country........the reason behind it is we're a buncha fat asses.......men, women, everybody.......well not EVERYBODY but we as a society are getting more and more overweight.....come on people push away from that damn McDonalds cheeseburger and go home and eat somethin decent before you have a massive and fall over dead

I heard on the radio recently that they are about to create laws to prevent discrimation against weight as a factor in hiring for jobs. That is how society has digress. We need to teach our children how to live healthy so they can enjoy life. Teaching them to care for the planet is also really important. As a teacher I know that the most impact on our country's status for the future is the current generation of children and how we teach them to live. If we teach children good values and how to live well (healthy weight, healthy bodies, appreciate the beauty of diversity) then eventually the adults will follow and our society will improve as a whole over time.

| Its just not the obese that are unhealthy....thin people have more health problems than obese women..they have high blood pressure, cholesterol problems and diabetes, and you will see an obese women with blood work within normal limits....it is genetics..so you cant say it is the food....you would have to continuously eat McDonald's every single day on a regular basis in order to have clogged arteries. Once in awhile is okay, but you can get away with a salad everyday at a burger king or mcdonal'ds they are making it healthier now....but dont shy away from the subject of obese woman. Would you date a plus size woman? Why and why not? What is wrong with them? They still have the same heart if they were thin, or the if they gained weight....men always have an issue....there are alot of men out there who are unattractive, and you guys should be pretty damm lucky they date you...thats what im sayin....

Bella somebody blew a whole chimney fulla smoke up your ass lol.....To date or not to date plus size women is a question kinda straddlin tha fence........whether she's a size 10 or 20 all women carry thier weight different my hairdresser has an ass tha size of Texas but tha flattest stomach you've ever seen everybodies different

| Well I'm a 14 and I never considered myself as obese. I thought I was normal and average. Apparently this is one factor on the no dating situation. I think weight as an excuse is completely misused by both men and women. I would guess that many people would not be able to accurately tell how much another person weighs. The same 175 pounds sits differently on every person. I think it is actually ironic that everyone says they aren't into looks that they want someone who is honest, sincere, loyal, with a good heart. However, when you put up a picture all of a sudden the "chemistry" isn't right. Yes I look at the pictures. I like men that are average. I like dimples and curly hair, but the bald thing is also hot. But I'm more concerned about how they feel about their life, are they happy? Do they have a job or career that they like or are even passionate about. Hobbies and so forth. Also, there are a lot of great looking people here and some not so great. How much can you really tell from a small photo. It doesn't tell you if the person is sincere, or honest, or funny. . .or even if it was taken in the last year. So if they want to judge by size or weight, as I have said in other posts, then okay judge away. There is so much more to me than my size 14 pants. If people never give each other a chance then there will be a lot more people on DHU.

| well south, depends on genetics.....i seen heavy people who are in good health, and you have thin people by genetics who have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes because of family genes....the woman who is a size 18 may not have those problems....eveyones body is different...so how can you go and judge that? All people are going to have different body types...everything is going to fit differently..and south, you still didnt answer my question which was directed towards all the men...would you date a plus size woman? That is the problem with you men, none of you give a straight out answer, because you are too judgmental....but yet you will settle for an ugly scrawny chick instead....but skip over a beautiful woman whi is a size 18.....i will never undersand, and i do not want to know, but there are some men out there who are out of their mind....ive seen it with my own two eyes, so yes, there is hope for every women out there who are a plus size....if they are real men, they should look beyond the weight. Instead of bashing them, you should be working with them, take a stroll in the park, exercise with them, work out with them, diet with them....all men need exercise too whether they are fit or not....men work out all the time at the gym.....encourage your girlfriend to work out with you....but no..instead men want to sterotype and you know it south..thats the way it has always been and will be....i have seen so many unattractive men with women with no teeth, women who have not showered in days, women with greasy straggly hair, women who weigh 80 pounds who might of come from Ethopia.....so i dont even want to hear anything about a thin woman.....its just too ludicrous......Acutally it is quite sad in a way.....

| Bella.....dear I tried to answer your question........and the fact is I cant....would I date a woman thats a size 12? Hell I dunno I'd have to meet her.....a size 19.........I'd have to meet her regardless of pants size.......if I wasnt attracted to "big" women I'm now some kind of monster? As for your genetics.....thats right it plays a large role in heart disease, diabetes, and other health issues which basically means if you come from a family with those traits AND YOUR OVERWEIGHT then you have one foot in tha grave.....a study recently revealed that Obesity is worse on you than cigarette smoke.......whats that tell ya? As for tha excercise.......its not my place in society to round up obese women or men and take them joggin I'm too busy
