I think that lust happens before sex, and love happens if you find a connection with a particular person.

i think sex is a benefit of love, of being in a healthy loving relationship.. it's icing on the cake.

you could contrast this with sex with a prostitute or casual sex.. basically a suicide attempt.

so sex in itself has nothing to do with love. It's a biological function. But if you share sex with someone you love it can be a very special thing. Just like anything else you share with someone you love, i think it tends to be special.

NO, to me, sharing myself with someone in that way is something I can't forget. I don't take sex lightly (which is why I'm not getting any). I will only make love to someone I have feelings for.

A poor sexual experience is forever forgotten, POOF.. the lust is gone! Love develops over time with admiration, respect and honesty.

sex is the physical manifestation of thoughts and feelings between 2 poeple be it lust or longing, just not about the physical act but the culmination of an overall physical/mental attraction...hopefully leading to or involving love..JMO by the way you never forget even if its bad or good sex...the memories of good/bad sex help you to decide what you want in a healthy sexual relationship

One definition of Sex: The exchange of genetic material between the female and male of a specie necessary to produce offspring.

Nature "invented" and requires this kind of sex in most species for procreation and gene pool diversity.

Mankind invented lust in the Mind. Sometimes the two become connected, confused, and entangled in the human mind. Some know this entanglement as True Love. For too many others, their words and actions reveal them to be ignorant and confused......

It can be both I feel. You may lust for someone after you meet them, however that lust can turn into love.If it's the first couple of dates it's lust. But that lust can continue into love.

Okay, you proposed two questions here, which one do you want answered?

"Do you think sex is the beginning of love or lust?"

or

"Do you think its possible to have sex with someone and not have thoughts about it ever again?"

To me, these are unrelated.
