| It is ok to take it slow.But after you write them a dozzen times. I think you are well acquainted. It is time to move on to meeting them or fine someone else that is interested in meeting. I had one guy that kept saying he wanted to meet. But when i said i would meet him he done a double take. I am here to meet someone. Not just write.

| I understand...... its like people are afraid to get out there but want to say they are looking!! I want to go out and talk one on one. Hang out! See if you want to date them some more. Not just email! And I work alot but still want to go out and mingle!

| very good point blue,do not get me wrong I do have fun in here but it is a waste of time to be on the pc so much when the sun is shining,birds are chirping,...spring is here!I wqant to get out there and enjoy it with someone (my kids just do not have the time for me anymore)darn teenagers 18yo and 20yo

| Well hell yeah I am here to date! Are there any men on this site willing to wait a few days before they pounce????? I met some guy a couple of months ago during the day at a local restaurant and even had protection in the form of 3 good friends sitting at the bar in case he got out of line. He was nice looking, but something was weird about him - had my third eye blinking like mad. He wanted dinner, but that damned third eye said no (thank God). We chatted for 2 hours, he was too sensuous if you know what I mean...long story short, as a goodbye he tried to lock his tongue around my tonsils. I pushed him away, went into my car, locked the doors and waited for him to drive away. He sat in his car for 15 minutes, but I outsat him. I already knew his story - he was going to follow me home!!! Finally, he left and I went back into the restaurant, had an ice tea with my friends, then went home. Oh, he also contacted me on another dating site under another name. Scared the hell out of me! Will I still give it a try? Sure...but hey guys, us girls don't wanna tongue wrestle ya on the first meet and greet date, ok? Geesh!

| I'm definitely here to date. I'd love it if someone I might be compatible with would ask me out.
I do think a first date should be for lunch or for coffee. It is important to see if there is chemistry.
However, a good friend told me that I've only been on this site for a week so I shouldn't expect much yet. So for now, I'll just have to hang out here on the forums.

| Huck, you are not asking for much at all. I don't waste my time chatting and emailing women who are within a certain mile radius from my home. It makes no sense. Why chat and email for weeks when we can both pick up the phone and have live instantaneous conversation?? 
Of course this doesn't apply to the ones who live far away.
People are on here for different reasons some for the wrong reason - especially if they are in a committed relationship or married playing mind games 
You have to elminate those immediately.
