| I see ads for famous people's blogs, this site has a space for "My Blog", my inbox is jammed with ads for "Blogging for $$".
For DHU purposes, what is a blog? Is it a private journal, like a diary? Is it open for view to anyone who looks at my profile? Is it subject to being answered like a forum thread?

| Yes, blogs are like online journals. You can make them whatever you like. A diary, a collection of jokes, poems, whatever. Depending on the site, you can add friends, and they can leave comments on your blogs or on your page like dropping by just to say hello. You can hide it from the public, or everyone, or just open to your friends on your list. It's a way to really get to know someone.
I have a 360 blog. It started as just a "self help" sorta thing. Putting my thoughts down and keeping them. I closed them one day and found others had been reading them!
