drumrman Belmont, MA age: 43	i'd start by cleaning oout your temp internet files, and your cookies. reboot the machine, and try it again. if that doesn't work, i'd contact customer support. give it a try. good luck.

digiskillz Conway, AR age: 44	It sounds like you already have an account. Or someone used your email to create one. Or you are trying to create an new acct instead of logging into the one you have.
