| Dang, I've never been to any of those. I have fished out of the AR river, lil Red river, Greers Ferry lake, Lake Conway, and countless ponds and streams across the state.
I caught a gar out of the AR, a drum out of the lil red, and a grinnel out of Lake conway. (Just some strange fish I've pulled out of the water)
Do you think any of these guys around here go fishin', or just us girls?

| 1. Arkansas River, some of the best white bass and catfishin around.
2. Beaver Lake, good bass fishin
3. Lake Conway, crappie and bream
4. Greers Ferry, depends on where you go on lake as to best thing to fish for.
5. Little Red River, grew up trout fishing on it.
6. Lower White River, catfish, crappie, bass, and bream. Find the backwater it's the best fishing.
7. Blue Mountain or Nimrod for spring crappie
Could name 50 more get you a good county map and fish some of the out of the way places. Game and fish has some good magazines on fishing in Arkansas go to their web site and you can order them.
I've fished in Texas, Oklahoma, Tennesse, and Missouri. We have as good fishing as any and better than most.
Remember a bad day fishing is better than a good day working. Just sit back and enjoy it, the fish are just an extra.

| i am a native of white county, try lake barnnett over by beebe or hurricane lake out by augusta just watch the skeeters at augusta or try bradford lake in bradford right off of hwy 40. good luck if you are ever in the bentonville area bring your pole and self and family i will be your fishing guide.
