| Always "keeping an eye out". Life just doesn't seem like life without someone meaningful to go through it with. When I first came, it was only to laugh and talk and interact. I had wound up feeling very isolated and alone... and, this site is like a "pressure release valve" for some of those feelings. For some of us... the next "step" would be more difficult... but, it's still much nicer to feel as though you are "goofing around" with a "crowd" of rejects from the "Love Generation"... than to be left sitting alone rehashing old memories and mistakes...

| I originally came here to just have fun. Wanted to see what others thought of dating and if what they saw as important matched my own views on it all. I really was not at all interested in dating any I met through a keyboard, it just seemed sooo 60's futuristic movie-ish. I wanted to meet any I would date in real life doing real life things that I love.
I have adjusted my thinking on that a bit and it was I who said to cricket, lets meet and it is a good thing.

I also love reading forum. the fights, the jokes, the recipes, sometimes I find out stuff that is usefull from other people, plus you get to see how other people across the country and world feel, and how alot of us are similar and it eases the loneliness.
