| Do you ever feel like we are the Creator's "Lab Rat's"?
Sometimes I feel like I am in a maze...One wrong turn and I'm stuck for
hours-days-weeks-years; Then for whatever reason I seem to find a way out and
life seems to be on the right path.
Sometimes, I feel like I am sure that I am in touch with the Universe and feel
close with our Creator...but most of the time I feel like I am so off base
with the Why's of existance that every thought when digging for answers makes
absolutely no sense at all.
All religions seem to be so man-made and small thinking compared to the magnitude
of All that has been Created.
Oh well, right now I'm stuck...hopefully I will find another path.

| max, sounds like you have a spyware on your computer, a very real thing, not a product of human imagination/delusion.
Your dilemma is an old one....Some minds do not handle uncertainty too well. Our mind looks for patterns and answers and will make some sort of a conclusion from the most bizarre
assortment of things, just as a dream does...thus, visions and religions..
Isn't it all much like floating a river?...We go with the current and depending upon our skill at handling the boat, we bump into rocks or miss them. And paddling upstream is always hardest, but sometimes needed, if we miss our beaching spot...I aways liked the whitewater on my floats, but not so much in my life!
We have some beautiful streams here; come float one with me...

| I think it is religion that dangles the cheese, not the creator. I do not think the creator expect anymore from us than to just live and learn.JMHO

| People generally tend to blame God for everything because of the religious teachings about him that really are all just made up.(omniscience, omnipotence, etc) I believe more like the Deists (which most of this countries founding fathers were) that God made everything and then mostly just sits back and watches (if he's at a distance) or experiences (if he's really part and parcel of all that's physical).
Jesus said "as you sow (seed) so shall you reap" which means that we are responsible for our lives, not God.
God, the great "I Am", is mostly into just being. We can also be that cool if and when we give up our ego.

| As we get strong and stronger microscopes, we find more and smaller worlds; why could it not also go the other way? No one knows anything for sure, some just think they do.
