I like some drama, but I really like funny sit-coms.. I am watching "everybody loves raymond" and I go to sleep watch nick at night.. old westerns are great, and the older musicals...

I like National Geographic, History Channel, Discovery Channel and Sci-FI: problem is, my little rural home only gets the History Channel and the Discovery gonna have to go camping soon and do my own exploring.

I mostly watch movies, but my favorite TV shows are Monk and Psych. I am addicted to watching the food channel... like Alton Brown's Good Eats and Paula Deen especially.
I follow Top Chef too... the only reality show I really like. I like Everybody Loves Raymond, but generally prefer the english comedy shows to the the sitcoms.

I love the Travel and cooking channel. I have been to Paula Dean's in Savannah and the food is wonderful.

Yes, slainte.. you spelled right... lol.. but it is actually misspelled.. I chose this name because I was reading Milton's poem.. Lycidae the day I joined this site -- ..a bit off topic there.. sorry -- thank you for the welcome.

I'm a big mystery fan too .. both books and TV .. I like to watch the mystery shows on the Hallmark channel especially Matlock and McBride and Mystery Woman.

I'd love to go to Paula Deen's restaurant... I hear she has a fabulous buffet breakfast. Making a trip to Savannah is one of the things on my personal "bucket list"..lol

I'm hooked on American Idol but I really like old movies (TCM) too. Two and a Half Men is a hoot! Then there is Ghost Whisperer and all the CSI's.

Joy I am with you, I like all the crime ones, even forensic files, 48 hours, criminal minds, love without a trace. So I am learning how I guess. Just haven't figured it out who to use it on. No, sincerely it amazes me how these people can live among us and we think they are normal as they are killing one after another.

rof... if you have comcast internet service they have a new site call Fancast. You can watch full episodes of 3,000 old shows. Then you can rate them... I just found it last weekend. Enjoy
