| Welllllll.....oh forget it, i'll be to mean, and even though it's one fat chick to another fat chick, i'll get my cyber a** beat for being so mean, although it's really not mean, what i had to say is truth, hard truths about us fat people, and how the majority of society looks at us,, just one question to all the fatty's that think they should not be discriminated against, or feel fat is not disqusting, most of us do not stand in front of the mirror naked thinking this looks good, how lovely i am,,,most of us look from the chest up at ourselves, and seeing a picture of ourselves even makes ourselves cringe, EVEN if one is comfortable in their own skin, which i am, when i see it stretched out beyond it's limits filled with fat, i'm sure not saying,,, oh how lovely i look,, lol, and truth is the visual is the first impression. Quit whinning and there are people of the opposite sex who after the first shock of meeting can be smitten by your personality, and like the movie shallow hal, forget sometimes there's so much more hanging out.

I have scars on my stomach area from a car wreck, and was even called a "Scarred up B*tch", by one guy I dated.....
And yes..that did hurt, but do you think I was gonna sit there and feel sorry for myself? HELL NO!
And that's what YOU are doing...... YOU are putting YOU down, and YOU are not happy with yourself, so YOU don't think anyone else is going to be either......
YOU are the only one that can kick your own butt...and YOU are the only one who can shake it off, and do something about it!!!!!!

| Thank you, Sweet. That equates to my being a 25 pound diamond in the rough, right? Sometimes people's comments run through our heads and overtake the good things we think about ourselves. As much as I rag on the ex on these threads, I have to admit that at one time he was kind, considerate and seemed to love me. And yes, he was overweight by about 40 pounds, but I was too busy looking into his soul. During the divorce, he called me all sorts of names and literally forced me into a corner where I showed him the ugly side of me. It was a real war of the roses because he made it that way, and for that I thank him. My self esteem has returned, as has my laughter and joy for life. My eyes have little laugh lines, I carry extra weight, and I don't give a rat's a** if you think I am overweight or not. I think God made me perfect at any weight!

| if i were a guy, id be attracted to bigger women. yet, they prefer the type that barely have meat on their bones. in a perfect world, i would like to think that guys would choose someone based on their personality, sense of humor, and their heart. since its not a perfect world, they dont. why is that???
LOL no you wouldn't.
Skinny women have meat on their bones.. just not as much fat as bigger women.

| Sweetbabeblues,,,oh i have, and do, and all my life i've had gorgeous man candy on my arm, some of them are they types that would have never had a fat chick as their dates, or girlfriends, but i have always been the type not focused on my fat, i'm also pretty hot other than (quite ) a few extra pounds, (more so now than then, but always been a fatty) My last boyfriend of 15 years WOW, talk about eye candy, hot, hot, hot. I had enough to offer personalitiy and sexuality wise that it truly didn't matter to them in the long run. I've had a blast, nothing to cry about any of my relationships, or the way i'm perceived. Only recently have i begun to really want to deal with weight loss because of my age, i'm starting to fear the effects on my health, which it has already started taking it's toll. I wish more heavy girls, specially at the age of the OP would feel comfortable with themselves, and have more self esteem. Not so much that they beleive their weight don't effect the way people see them, because it does, but it shouldn't be what drives them, because it will drive them into low self esteem, and depression, and or worse. I hate seeing this negativity out of heavy people, that is more disquesting than the fat, and probably why so many remain dateless, or used by others. Bleck

Now get yourself up and see about loosing that weight and making yourself into tht person you have always wanted to be...

| Sweetbaby,,,LOL,,,,,nnnnooooooo I've always been the person i've wanted to be, and the fat factor never had anything to do with it, if it had, i wouldn't have been fat, the fat never left me wanting anything or anyone, i've always been happy with who and how i looked. The reason i want to lose weight now is NOT for the physical look, but for the physical health, i would just like to see the type of fat person the OP might be, whinning about it, if it is more important to her how society looks at her, rather than how she looks at herself, than she should lose the weight, or quit worrying about what others think. When you worry about how society looks at you, you end up with low self esteem. So losing the weight isn't about " being what i've always wanted to be" because i always have,, and i hope the OP will too. My being overweight deterred me from nothing. I've always been what i've wanted to be, please young woman up there, be all you want to be, be comfortable in your own skin, if you would rather eat what you want, and not endure hours of physical work outs, then do it, it's about what is important to you. But be realistic on what you expect out of others, they also have the right to be, and want whatever they want, live and let live. Be happy

| Listen this question has been asnwered over and over again in ten million ways. If you are fat lose the weight if you are un happy. If you were truly happy to begin with, you wouldnt care. Men are visually attracted and we all know what they are looking for. Im not the prettiest girl here but I make myself stand out. Wear a skrit, men love something different than the old jeans or black pants. Smile is important, smile like you are having the best day of your life. It attracts because they wonder what the hell you are so happy about. Some of the most beautiful women are big. DONT WORRY ABOUT THE GUYS YOU DONT ATTRACT, LOOK FOWARD TO THE ONES YOU DO!
