| I'm ready to find someone. I can support myself, clean, cook, do the dishes, am housebroken. For those wanting to know. I have two hobbies...playing bass guitar and collecting Hot Wheels and am a member of the Hot Wheels Collectors website. I know it sounds silly, but that is how I let the kid in me out to play once in a while and when I have kids (if I get to have that chance), I'll have something to share with them.

| I suppose there are a few screwballs (male and female not real types) that come on a dating site only to play games. But I have been around the forums enough to know that most of the posters are real and sincere about what they are saying. One thing I have noticed is that many of the women I have sent emails never seem to have anything to say on the forums. At first I thought it was an age related thing (woman over 58). So I took a look at the 60+ group. Not much going on there except for word games etc.. The few that post there seem content with cyber friendship. They are very real, but not all that anxious to actually do something about finding a companion in 3 dimensional space.
Well I am very real and my knee jerk reaction is to send emails only to women over 60 who sort of demonstrate their reality by joining some of these forums. (Living within 50 miles of me would be a big plus.)

| You see there are quite a few real people here, I would like to consider myself one but that's an open debate especially on Monday's. As for am I looking. I think everyone here is looking "for something", do I hope to find someone sure, will I who knows?
It's the risk we all take in this little endeavor.
