| Man,you guys make me feel so good now.I thought I was the only one didn't sleep well at night.I have a glass of wine to make me sleepy & go to bed at 11:00-11:30 and wake up between 2-3 A.M.I keep a book on my bedstand,grab it & read awhile,sometimes it takes another 2 hrs.to get sleepy again.Call my dog up to cuddle closer & fall back asleep for a few more hours. All in all I probably sleep about 5-6.If I get up & start cleaning house...you Know my insomnia is bad that night.

| sometimes I get 40 minutes
sometimes 14 hours - really depends.
When I need sleep - I take the chance to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
but I run just as well and chemically free on 40 minutes as I do on 14 hours.
