| I think that you're a rare one.....meaning special and above the norm.....age is really nothing more then a number....what's more important is who the two of you are at that time and place.....I encourage you to continue following your instincts and heart and keep allowing yourself to see a person for who he is (and if that attracts you) rather than what his age may be.....I'm 57 and have never dated someone my own age *ever*....if we click, we click.
I have a long standing close friendship with a lady that is a good case of the opposite thinking process....she never dated anyone more then 3-4 years older than her....it was a hard and fast rule set in stone....and as a result she missed out on some golden opportunities to get to know men that (1) would treat in the manner that she liked and (2) were all past the game stage and looking for a real relationship not another notch on their belt and (3) someone who was very interested (and quite capable of) making her feel like the special lady that she is.
You continue to trust your ability to read people and being aware of when you click with someone.....you'll be much better off!
