| Hmmm, when I was married...
He left in the morning after having a hot breakfast, with the lunch and both snacks for breaks I'd packed up, per his incredibly picky specifications. He came home to dinner waiting, along with desert, the bath water was drawn and his clothes were laid out, and there was also a pan of hot water in front of his chair for his feet if that is all he wanted. There was a fresh pack of smokes and a lighter on one arm of his chair, and the TV remote on the other. The house was always spotless, right down to the clean ashtray on the end table next to that same stupid chair LOL

| Cook for him, alot. Bake pies, he loves them. Tell him he is the best thing that ever happened to me and never bad mouth him. He goes to church, I don't but occassionally I go with him, it makes him very happy that I respect his faith. Buy him cologne and take him for drinks and dinner, he likes being pampered. Picnics and fishing, fixing his fish pole and making a new fly escpecially for him. He keeps them (flies) all separate and refuses to use them...What a guy my Michael. You wouldn't believe but I met him here (DH) about a year ago....

Not to mention my best friends are a realtor and a travel agent.

Sounds like a bunch of slaves to me lol. If that is what it takes to keep a man, well I dont need it. I do not get up and fix breakfest and do not expect it done for me. I work hard and I dont mind doing for him but I do expect it to be a shared event. I should not have to do it all to keep a man happy. If we love each other than I would hope he would want to help me also. I would hope he would not want a slave but would want a friend, lover and companion that we both have mutual respect for.
I dont mind cooking and cleaning but I would like help with it when he is home. I have had the guy who sits there while you do it all, felt like a maid instead of a partner.
