| If it's not polite to ask them...then I've been rude to many. Cause after the first one I talked with....I do it all the time. And on another site that I was on....the first thing listed on my profile was about not wanting anyone who is or works out of the country....then about the no photos...no contact.

| when you start asking questions, they seem to disappear..........many scams on the internrt, but most of them claim to be a single parent, with their wife getting killed in a car wreck, or unknown diease.....

| Well I just got ripped a new one from a female member of DH because I criticized someone's use of the English language. It was pretty clear the person I criticized was from America however she could not put a sentence together to save her life and therefore I was unable to even understand the thread SHE STARTED!
Anyway, I think it is very appropriate to ask about someone's country of origin as many scammers are foreign. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BEWARE!!!

| Cutie...I wish I had your kinda luck in getting rid of them. They just holler back at me weeks or even months later. And still think they can play me and get money outta me. Only had one guy tell me that he had scammed someone...in our first conversation....within minutes of talking....then asked me if that would be a problem talking to him. I do every once in a while....but still wont send him money...but then....he doesn't ask me to anymore....just talk now. And only on occasion. Thought he was polite enough to tell me....could at least talk. Had some that ask right of the bat....while others take weeks or months of talking before they do. But when you tell then you don't have it (true) they call you a liar....and proceed to do it again and again. He told me they think we in America are all "The Bank of America" and that we all have it and should be willing to share with them...lol. Like that is true or gonna happen with me.
