| There is a HUGE get together/BASH planned for around Aug 21 or so at Stockton Lake down in Misery..umm Missouri. Gonna be between 20 and 70 people there from all over the country. I know of people coming down from New York , and people driving from Nevada. It's gonna be the party of the century. I already went down there the first of this month for a mini 1 day meet. My love flew in from Wash. State to stay with me for a week, and we drove down to meet 2 guys from Carthage, and one more drove in from Ark.
With the ever increasing gas prices, it's getting expensive to drive anywhere. I think a central location in Kansas would be a neat idea. Richard and I are in Overland park..this is fairly central LOL.

| thank you for responding. where is overland park,ks at? I know there is one not to far from Fort Riley,ks which is in Junktion city ,ks. and there is one I think around the Missirri area...that is the case I won't be able ta make it that far.

| I'm just an observer here..will be quite busy in June and likely saving my $$$ to move in to a new apartment by mid summer..My love and her son are moving here from Wash. State to live with me so June will be a busy month, as will July and august. apartment shopping, car shopping for her..gettin the kid enrolled in school..gettin him a local doctor set up..all the usual stuff involved with daily living.

| ok I dont mind trying to put something together. but can we see a show of hands to how many think they will be free to attend?. wait that wont work!.. please post here or let Richard or I one know if your planning on attending. and if you are?.. if you have any suggestions to as a place... like a lake. a park... um some motel that doesnt have a red light beside each door... well you get mah drift!... so come on people let us know... ya just might have alot of fun.

| I've posted on the 50's group. Had several say they would like to come. I was thinking of some place in the old town area, such as the river area. No ideas as to where we can meet though. Will keep track of the one's that contact me, and e-mail you with a number early June.
