This posting is on an open forum for all to see. Although I don't know the history of what transpired in this discussion, it becomes everyone's concern when personal safety is jeopardized. The culprit should be aware you or anyone else subjected to this type of
abuse have options. If the culprit conveyed a threat to do bodily harm and/or gives the appearance of intentionally or unintentionally to inflict bodily harm (mentally or physically)the culprit should know such action(s) IS A CRIME IN THE STATE OF HAWAII. More so, if the threatening note/email originates outside the State of Hawaii, then it also becomes A FEDERAL CRIME, which involves the FBI. If the culprit thinks he/she/they cannot be traced...WRONG...CYBER TECHNOLOGY IS ADVANCED AND YOU CAN BE TRACKED!

If you are the culprit...ask yourself...IS IT WORTH IT? DON'T THINK YOU CAN'T BE CAUGHT...BECAUSE YOU CAN BE CAUGHT AND PROSECUTED!

To victims who fall prey to this type or similar shenanigans...Preserve the evidence...report it to the internet provider and/or company of the website in question...and call the Police. A Police Report needs to be made to document a history of its occurrence, a pattern if any, and allow the various law enforcement agencies to conduct their investigation.

Quote from 1mauibabe1:
Laugh often... As a widow one of the books I was given from the funeral home stated... Cry! if you can't then put on a movie that makes you cry these are healing tears... then put on a movie that makes you laugh so hard it hurts... This is really good advice...... You have a friend here on Maui....
Karen

Both to Cry and to laugh are the greatest way’s to release “pressure, stress, etc…. Cleansing your spirit.

When saying that:

SELFISHNESS, ignorance (Fear of the unknown), past scars that psychologically haven't healed yet. Not to mention the complicated emotional factor/'s that have stained the pages throughout the history of our online masquerade parties. People just can't seem to get it! Dam if you do and dam if you don't.

I was referring to the “nasty” and extremely “childish” internet rejects… They hide behind a keyboard only to exploit their true selves.

I speak/ask not only for myself but also for all the “other” women who have been faced/dealt with such people. (Tons on post/threads/topics) on this very subject. It’s just ridiculous.

BLOCKING ‘um sure can be a wonderful thing yet I wish we could just get rid of ‘um all together.

Mahalo Mauibabe/Karen!!!!!
