| Us women make them real men. We complete them. You see a married man and he is just wonderful got everything that you are looking for in a man but he is married. Well think about it he probably had faults when he got with his wife at first. Then she molded him into a better person. Everyone has there faults and it is up to you to help them change them. You have to take the good with the bad to make them real men.

| At thirty six years old, most men are just starting or have been married for a short time. You need to look for men alittle older then 22. Try doubling that.
By this time they're divorced and looking again.

| Ok the 22 yr old was from work, i dont go to bars or clubs and it was a mistake he was crying over a girl that cheated on him and i let him come over cause we were friends and well that was a mistake but it didnt happen again and it never will again. Ya know alot of these men that are saying thier real men, dam they are gorgeous good god i dont know why you are still single??

It's obvious you are a good lady and were just being honest ( a quality hard to find these days)
Your forum could easily apply to both sexes,but i believe gooduns are out there,so best of luck to you and everyone in finding their "Real Person"

Real men are rare, but so are all other types of men. Ditto for women: Every type is rare. Unfortunately our society has become so diverse, with so many different acceptable lifestyles to chose from, that if someone is intent on living one particular lifestyle (married in a little house with a white picket fence, or going to Goth parties, or jetsetting on the French Riviera, or living in a c*ckroach-infested crackhouse getting stoned... so many choices!) then one has to be prepared to search for a long time.
The Internet has opened up a beautiful opportunity to find like-minded people, but it's a false illusion, because like-minded people couple up quickly, and the leftovers of the same mind-likeness are faced with their soulmates living on the opposite end of the continent.
I hope you find your ideal mate, but please don't look in my direction, because, thank goodness, I'm too old for you. I hain't never settled with a woman, but I found love again, I think, after decades of being mutually unloved.

The answer is simple, those of us that are truly "real-men", are still single because we are smart enough to NOT settle for a user, taker, faker or loser. We seek only the diamond in the rough. It takes time to find the right "self-reliant, flexible, giving" woman.
