I heard this one at work, see if anyone can get this. It is a fictional (not real)case and I need your help in figuring this out.
A 4 door car was found next to a tall hotel building with a male victim in the drivers seat at 0700 hours. He was found fatally shot in his car with 2 gsw to the head and chest. His car was running and all the car doors were locked and all windows were up. The hotel doorman saw him get in his car and said no one approached it except him. Police found no guns inside the car or near the victim. Other than the blood stains there is absolutely no damage to the victims car.

OK online detectives, how is this possible? See if you guys can get this.
Thanks for your help

Nope, the doorman fronting the hotel saw the guest/victim walk to his car, get in, turn it on, then just sit there. Heres a hint. The police note a slight downward angle to the chest wound of the victim. and the bullets appear to be small caliber. No other finger prints found on victims car except the victims.

you guys think you got it?

Poor man.

Okay...I'll take a guess:

The man (aka: victim) was shot prior to him walking to his vehicle.(possibly @ 0645-0650am) Got in. Started the engine, locked the doors (as a habit) or vehicle automatically locked when door is ajar … slumped over & passed away.

Not too many of us can fuction with a bullet in the chest, much less the head. Hint, It has something to do with the hotel building and the car.

Fact: You’d be surprised how many people could actually stand up/walk away from an accident or bullet wound & still make it to their destination.

I am curious to know the answer....

OK you CSI fans. Remember the tall hotel our victim is parked next to? Well that gave our assassin/hitman a perfect vantage point from lets say the roof. He probably used a small caliber varmint rifle that was silenced. But how can this be with no damage to the car?

Did I mention that the car was a convertible? Thanks for guessin' guys.
