| Back in the day...I would go to the corner store with a nickle and the clerk would fill up a small bag full of candy from those big candy jars...they didn't have wrappers on them just candy in a bag.

| Ok going back a bit to childhood
I remeber my mom telling me microwaves were for the rich people.
Now everyone has one and can't imagine life or popcorn without it. Speaking of popcorn I also remeber when you had to cook it on the stove and my mom's famous popcorn kettle. Wow I really miss that.

| I remember in 68 I had a little honda 90 motorcycle, gas was 35 cents a gallon, and I could fill it up 70 cents and ride it for a 100 miles before I had to get gas again. I was 14 yrs old

| Back in the day...My dad would send my brother and I in to get cigaretts for him...never had any problems at the ripe old age of 10...6 years later got em for myself.

seeing a movie on sat afternoon for 35 cents.
putting up hay for the farmers at 2 cents a bale
when pumping gas we had full service then, doing the windsheild was great, mini shirts ment you took your time with the front windsheilds.
