| So, I met up with this guy at my place and I cooked dinner for him..There was nothing physical that took place other then a simple hug..he said he was interested in me, but is still kinda getting over a breakup from only 2 wks ago..he said if I was around friday it would be cool to hang out w/ him and his friends
He worked a double yesterday, and I thought he had tonight off..should he be calling me? he texted me he had an awesome time, but I havent heard since..
When should I start to worry...

| Worry, what are you going to worry about. If he has only been split for 2 weeks, hang onto your heart. He needs time before he jumps into the pan again.

You could be a rebound for him "2 WEEKS OUT OF A RELATIONSHIP"
See what happens leading up to Friday. Still too early for me to give my ruling. Again, see what happens leading up to Friday and what will or will not happen Friday and pretty much your question would be answered in the Short term

| just be cool...dont make more out of it than it is, yet... he was honest about his most recent relationship ending...that will take some time to get over if he's like everyone else and being the rebound girl isnt what you really want to be, is it?..all that does is help him get ready for someone else once he's more focused,  jmo

| thanks darbie59 and thebestman..I guess it is too early to tell..It was just monday when we hung out..I cant help but be anxious..but I do think it def takes time to get over a breakup..and I think thats why he wants to take things slow

| exactly shoppers, you don't want to be a rebound. but yes, i do think you have some anxiety at this point. it hasn't been a week and he did give you an invite for friday. his actions leading up to and or friday will dictate your future course of action. you will also see if he is flaky. stay tuned

| Be careful after 2 weeks but ya know what it can work. I was sith my boyfriend 10 years and i found someone 2 weeks after we split. Yes it was a rebound but it did last 3 1/2 yrs and we only split cause he was a dog! LOL but anyways it depends on the person i guess. If he isnt calling then i dont know i like a phone call everyday but thats me  He may be still calling her to so just be careful.

| He did invite you to go out Friday, if he doesnt call to confirm id just let him drift off into the wild blue yonder. Personally I would like to know by now for Friday and would have started to make other plans. Nothing worse then waiting for someone your not sure of. Then spending Friday alone. That is when I kick my ass. I hate when i get goo goo over someone then you have to deal with heart head issues. To soon for him id be going the other direction I think. JMO
