| For me, it was knowing that something was wrong in my marrage. Looking for salvation, I started attending a local church called BrandNewChurch.com (yes...that's its name). I've been attending regularly and noticed that the more I open up to GOD the better things are going and coming my way.
Everyone here that knows me (eventhough I have confused some of you) knows what I'm currently going through...a divorce, bankruptcy...and I have found someone on here that means the world to me. As impossible as it may sound...I have a new life already and I thank GOD for that...for the friends I've met on here...and sending me to opportunity to get with another who is 200 times better than who I had. I listen to "HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD--Chris Tomlin" while I'm writing this.
Either I'm a changed person, or my old self has resurfaced with a newer, better perspective on things. I'm not really sure. All I know is that the people around me have seen a change in me and they like it. So...in my case...it was experiences (more than one) that changed my life.
My prayers go to our troops, all people here (hope you find what you are looking for!), and everyone everywhere who needs a pick me up in spirits. In otherwords...GOD BLESS THE EARTH!

| when i was 12, i was ambushed in the small Forrest near my house by four boys who attacked me. i fought as best i could, but i was outnumbered and overpowered. they took a rope and tied me to a tree and spent about half an hour beating me bloody, spitting on me, one of them even found some dog shit which he rubbed in my face. after they left me i managed to free myself and get home. my parents called the cops; i gave them the boys' names (i went to school with them) but the police never even talked to them. i learned that day that there is no justice in this world but that which you make for yourself, so i spent the next week hunting them down one at a time and beating them to within an inch of their lives

december 15 2007...being at work and working with a guy that didnt pay attention to what he was doing...we were unloading feed into an overhead bin and he went to raise the bed of the truck (a 79 "r" model mack) he didnt make sure the auxiliary box was out of gear (it was still in reverse)..stuck the main box in 3rd to run the pto and dumped the clutch pinning me between a truck and a tractor...escaped that one with only a pulled muscle in my back...if i weighed another 20lbs it would of been alot worse...

| There have been a few.
1.The days my kids were born. 9/26/03, 10/21/05, 5/8/08
2.When I got my first car at 14. A 1974 Z28 Camaro with a 350 & a 4 speed! My dad I spent the next year restoring it and it was ready for when I turned 16.
3.When I bought my first house at 19
4.When I was about 4 years old My father set me into the c*ckpit of his friend's Top Alcohol Dragster after they had got done warming it up at Thompson Drag Raceway and the sport of drag racing has been an obsession ever since! Drag Racing is a large par of who I am!
5.My first ever pass down the drag strip. I was 15 and my dad asked if I wanted to try it. Nobody at the track said anything even then they knew I was not old enough yet. My dad was more nervous than me! I pulled that 10 sec. 1972 Camaro onto the track and it was like I had done all my life, all the nerves went away and I went out and ran quicker and faster than my dad ever had. It set up a nice father/son rivalry that still exist!
I remember the track photographer just giving me a wink as I pulled to the line and I staged the car and took off! That was also at Thompson Drag Raceway.
6.My first NFL game. When I was 10 my parents took me to see my Browns take on the Shittsburgh Steelers in the season opener in the old Cleveland Municiple Stadium. That was one of only 3 games we won that season.
There are more but I don't want to go on forever.

| 1. Finding Jesus
2. Losing Jesus
3. Almost drowning on vacation
4. Dodging a longbow arrow o_0
5. Failing at suicide
6. Finding the love of my life
7. Finding the love of my life selling cocaine
These days, I see every event, no matter how small, as a potential stepping stone to change my life. And I try to do at least one thing each day to better myself, because I've seen how quickly things can change.
