| Well if you talk to many cops they will tell you they would rather deal with someone who is stoned on pot then drunk on alcohol. I am clean an sober now for 8 years and I believe if alcohol is legal then pot should as well be legal, I believe in freedom of choice and what you drink or smoke in your own home is your right. They can tax it if they wanted, not being able to tax it if it were legal is a myth. If it causes cancer so what So do cigarettes they say.
What do you think?

| Yes I am clean and sober for 8 years no slips not to say I don't think about it but mostly I think to many people should not be considered criminals or have to go look for it and wast there time with rip offs it should be sold like cigs are.

Oh! Very good Lost4! Inhale those fumes....get to work high then fall asleep and get fired. You are real familiar with that...aren't you? You know how to fall asleep on the job and get fired.

| I think pot should be legal. Better than alcohol in my opinion.

| I had to laugh last month here. On 4:20 there was the yearly legalize pot demonstration on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The media interviewed a police officer responsible for security on the Hill. His comment was that the pot group was the easiest to police of all demonstrations because they just sat quietly, then eventually wandered off to get something to eat.
Having said that, I am of the opinion that the least amount of harm from most drugs would be to legalize them and put rules around them to remove the criminal element from the distribution network.

| Yes. Police could spend their time far more constructively if marijuana were legal and they weren't chasing down pot smokers/dealers. And the tax revenue that could be generated to go along with it. Just makes sense.
