| I know alot of my friends who had found love an lost it.
i dont understand cant you move on with time? Just because you lost one person doesnt mean you should shut yourself down and never give anyone else a chance. Also it doesn't mean you should never try to have another serious commitment and instead have a whole bunch of flings that never mean anything. I don't believe they never ment anything cuz i have seen the way people look at thier partners. its a loving, caring, and deep look that tells thier partners i care about you. So why not take the next step?
I am so confused now about this and its drives me up the wall So any one want to explain a little of this better to me be my guest i would gladly listen! I dont think there is any reason why someone should want to be alone......

I think some people are constantly looking for that
"new" feeling in a relationship. So they move from
one to another often to fulfill that craving.

I would rather be alone than to be hurt by a man. Everytime I think "this one is different", he turns out to be just as bad as the last one.
I truly think I would rather be alone. That way I don't get hurt anymore.

| i guess i know where you are coming from on that one but why the occasional flings cuz most of them start to develop some feelings for one or the other sometimes both but dont want to admit to it. So if you would rather remain alone then would you go without?

| how is it protecting your heart though after they already have a piece for being in your life? I think that even our friends we meet along the way carry a piece of us with them though out thier lifes  Although i do see your point in letting someone get that close to have more than just a piece....
