Im really new to this site, but have been on others, I have a question. Im not meaning to sound rude or snobish,k but what is with the winks???? I really would like someone to shed the light on this?

I know on some of the other sites where You have to be a paying member to e-mail, but they alllow winks, I get that. But thats not the case. Why not go ahead and say a few words, even a hello? Makes me feel like you just didnt have the time, or wanted to make the time. I find myself not even opening them up.....REALLY, this isnt a complaint, but a desire to know.

I agree, some people on here are too lazy to even put a description of themselves in their profile.

ldystxx..I dont care for the winks myself. I realize the purpose is to break the ice and let others know you may be interested in some way, but I think it's impersonable and cowardly. I prefer an email with at least a sentence...

I use winks with my friends like a wave "Hello!"
It's my way of giving recognition and letting them know I'm thinking about them,
but at the moment don't have the time to write them.
But they know that they're in my thoughts!
