yanks118 Moab, UT age: 25	are we really thankful for what we have? the good times and the bad times? i know oh so often people say "where is that one" and things like that. but really, i am thankful for all the relationships that didn't work out, because it has taught me so much, so when that one comes along, i have more of an idea of how to reconize it. i am thankful for every person i encounter on a personal level. because i know that good or bad they were supose to impact my life somehow and i am thankful for everything i have, even if it's not everything i want! if i had everything i wanted, then why would i wake up every morning? it would be boreing if you couldn't want things or feelings right? anyway yeah jus being dumb today! lol so are you thankful or do you loose site and jus worry bout what you don't have?

lori21204 Commerce, GA age: 24 online now!	I am thankful for every experience that I have been through. They are what made me who I am today. If I could go back in time I realy wouldn't change anything I went through...well I wouldn't have gotten married but I would have still been with him. I am greatful for everyone I have ever been with. No matter how things ended I've learned something new about myself in each of those situations.

I am thankful for the wonderful friends I have, whether they be online or in real life. I am thankful for my health.

It took me some time to get where I am at after the greif period and feeling like a failure period after my divorce, but I have learned so much. I have learned that there is much more to life and that you cant live it based on how you "feel". I thank God every day for me three children and am able to see how they have enriched my life and the amazement they bring to me on a daily basis. I have learned too that life really is what you make of it and its such a waste to sit around and let life happen. Go out there and make it happen. You teach people how to treat you. Never again will I keep someone in my life that makes me feel less then what I am and what God intended me to be. If you dont like what you see feel free to move on and dont let the door hit ya. Love it or leave it

beadz Waterbury, CT age: 31	I am thankful I have two wonderful girls, Grateful their dad isn't always a total jerk and is always a great dad - he brought them by my work yesterday (mother's day) for a little hello. Brightened up an otherwise bad day. I am grateful for the few friends that I have, though they're all miles away, they're truer than most the people I meet face to face. I'm grateful to have A job, a bed to sleep in, a car to drive to work, a computer to talk to said friends (DH and otherwise.) I'm happy to wake up every day.

beadz Waterbury, CT age: 31	And yes I agree, I wouldn't change my past, there are some things that weren't great yes... but I believe in fate/the will of God/etc. = if you change one thing it alters everything... I have learned from my past relationships what to do/what not to do and what kinds of people are not for me, bring me down, etc. I look to the future with hopes of a new, brighter and differently colored horizon (no more clouds!).

wnd_dragon Morristown, TN age: 29	I am thankful for every twist, turn, and nosedive I have taken in my life... without those, I wouldn't be in the peaceful and contented place I am in. I do have my bad days, everyone does... Someone very dear to me asked me something the other night. He asked me if I could go back and change anything I did, any choice I made, any "wrong turn" would I? I sat there for a min thinking of all the bad things I have gone through because of "bad" decisions I made in my life. And with every decision I could have changed and avoided those pitfalls, there was some FABULOUS thing that wouldn't have happened to me because of it... I told him no. Those fabulous things were worth all the pain and sacrifice I had to make to get to them. So, I can honestly say I am thankful for it all.. The good times as well as the bad. I'm happy to be me, where I am, with who is in my life... All thanks to some "bad" decisions. Funny how that works, huh?
