| i say just keep the conversation going. Catch them when they're on: send them chat requests to get the conversation more personal but dont throw yourself on them by sending too many msgs then it looks obsessive. just wait for an opening during the conversation to look for a way to meet and talk. but always remember online dating is the same as street dating: there's no rush and keep your options open and give others a chance

| UUUUUmmmmmmmm,,,,,, i beleive thats why they give you a chance to send them an e-mail right off the person profile, you e-mail them. Don't waste time on a wink, seems the majority don't like them, don't waste your time on trying to IM them, the IM thing don't work half the time here and that is just too damn pushy anyway for a first encounter,and most importantly READ their friggin profile so you know what to and what not to say in your e-mail to them.

| Send them a friendly email and the keep the conversation going. Too often what might be a good relationship is allowed to fizzle out because one party or the other stops emailing. Don't give up if you feel it's worth it.
