| I just deal with it, first I take a step back from the situation, then examine all the possible solutions. Then make a list of the pros and cons. Then see what is the best solution considering all involved.
then I flip a coin.

| I tried to choose two answers but it wouldnt allow it. I do both, mope alone and calmly work it out. I retreat, get very quiet and non reactive so that I can mull it over and over in my mind to reach a solution, if there is one.

| Stress can confuse the mind and cloud judgement. I look for the reason for the stress, time crunch, other peoples expectations, uncertainty in a relationship, Lack of money or many others. In each I look for the cause and the solution, form a plan then move forward. My stress is usually trying to do too many things and not having time for me.

| There are more ways than this to handle them but the 4 given are good ways. Of the four I chose #2. Calmly working out a solution. As an addition if the stress is in a relationship, (hmmmm why would I think about that angle seeing as how this is a relationship site lol?) I seek to communicate with the other person respecting her point of view also. If it is something with no solution (such as the initial betrayal by a wife) then many times I will mope alone. Because when you mope alone you can secretly plot the overthrow of the world in your secret lair.

| depends on how much actual stress is involved ...
a little stress,.... a beer, and a walk on the beach, will
usually help me to find a solution
a lot of stress, .... a complicated problum, requires a
well thought out plan of attack, a beer , and a walk on the beach

| .... i agree,... music has a way,...of making things o.k
floatin' in a pool, would help out.... except,
i don't have a pool,....but, i do have an ocean very close
by ........
i don't know how to explain it.. but, the ocean
has a magical way of.... helping on a bad day...
whenever, i'm having a , not to cool day...
i'll go to the beach, sit in the sand, or on my favorite rock
and just stare at the waves.... and i'll snap out of it

| I always back away if a human being is involved. It is usually a communication error.
If it is out of my control I roll with the punches, like with earthquakes in CA.
If it is in my control I take it one step ata a time.
If it is a human conflict I give enough room for negotiation and the negotiate to the appropriate position.
If it is crap I generally give the other party a chance to redeam themselves before calling them out.
If someone doesn't want to be around me, I try to let them out gracefully.
If someone really hurts me I tell them how and then walk away.
