| Some have accused me of being high maintenance. It depends on what you mean by high maintenance. I take care of myself, wear make up, fix my hair and dress nice everyday. I dont do the plain jane wash and go look if that's what is meant here.

| Think y'all are missing the point. High maintenance doesn't have anything to do with how long it takes you to get ready or what you wear. It's about using your power over some poor bastard who'll do anything just to please you because he's scared he'll lose you if he dosen't, and you take advantage of the situation. To proud to ever let anyone do that to me no matter who she is.

| steelhorse..hu? Never heard that description of high maintenance women before. I have heard it said that she wont get dirty, afraid to do anything that might break a nail, doesnt do sports, has to have hair makeup and clothes perfect at all times, and takes a long time getting ready everyday...As I live and learn...so, with your description, then I am not at all high maintenance...

| Well...let's see...from what i know, they call someone high manitenance, when she is hard to please...Is that right?
I do take care of myself, I spend a very calculated time in finding and buying just the right thing, It takes me all of 5 minutes to get ready to go anywhere, I take nothing for granted, and enjoy the comany of the ones I care about. I can find something good in anything and any settings
No one has ever called me high maintenance. Would you?

| Yes I have been accused of it. The date I told you I was going to go on Friday kissssssska he spend $105 on just dinner, didn't get a relationship out of it but got a great meal lol, usually guys aren't what I expect when I meet them. And usually older men are more willing to spend money he was like 24 or 25. But any ways, I require a guy to take me to the most expensive restaurants in El Paso. They must pay to get my hair and nails done if they want me looking pretty for them. Buy me nice clothes. Car maintanence. That's why I target single guys in the military or business men. They usually don't b*tch about what I want. I never ask a guy to buy me anything for my kids. I don't want them thinking that I'm looking for someone to help me support my kids.
knowing that you "require" anything for a guy to take you out makes me wanna puke. i dont think that makes you high maitanence, just a classless, arrogant, selfish b*tch. oh, and bravo for not asking them to buy anything for YOUR kids! you deserve a f**king medal.

| As a man I have heard men apply different definitions to high maint. It can mean the woman that always has to look dressed to the nines. But more commonly and in a derogatory way it means "gold diggers". Also it has been applied to the drama queen, you know the type. The one that always wants to be center of attention and will manipulate everyone around her especially the poor guy she is dating and always seems to be in fights with her man. And always making up. And always in yet another fight. That high maintenance. Or any combination of the above.
Keeping in mind ANY relationships needs maintenance to stay healthy.
