| Of course personality is important. More important is getting the two personalities to mesh. We all have our idiosycrancies, our quirks, the little things that make us unique. Finding someone who appreciates these, understands them and hopefully even finds them endearing....and then you theirs; wow, quite a tall feat, if you think about it.
Best not to think about it, let's just date the sexy people.

| Yes I did golfer_girl, thanks for the heads up. I had to pick something, so I picked this, because I do feel that personality does play a major role. No personality would make things dull

| It sounds like most of us are pretty much saying the same thing. But, I think firstlight said it best. Everyone probably has a "personality" , whether it be dynamic or dull, but, finding two that are on the same wavelength is the catch.
Maybe, it might be a good idea to find out how we come across to others....because, that's a bit more important than what we think of ourselves....
Just my thoughts,
KK

| Is this a trick question?
I mean really!
Anyone who doesn't think personality is a major
part of a relationship must only date inflatables.

| Yep, along with other factors that people have mentioned here.
I said this on another thread. Looks catch my eye , but personality, character and spirit will catch and keep my heart.

| Not trying to be rude OP but... Seriously? There's any debate on that? I mean without personality... Where's the "relation" in relationship?
Without personality just get to sex and screw mindlessly like two bugs in heat.
Even dogs and cats have personalities and don't always copulate with just ANY other cat or dog as any pet owner or especially frustrated breeder knows.
Put the wrong sire in front of the wrong b*tch in heat and that b*tch will bite his right off!
