| MAKING RACISIM A FELONY CHARGE....if a child is caught in school calling another child of another race ..a racist name..the parent/parents should be warned and the family are to be ordered to attend councling classes for a year. should it keep happening for the whole school year the parent/parents need to be fined a $1,000 . should it keep happening and no improvement with the child and they see that there was no help at home with the parent/parents ...they need to do some jail time ..up to at least five( 5 ) years in prison.then family services will have to take that child and place him/her in a home ..hopefully a kinfolk of their's. maybe this would stop the next generation of racisim.

| Is it so much America or the way of the world? As I grew up my dad used to say "Laws were just made for honest people. All the others just don't give a damn and will find a way around the laws" I tend to belive my dad was correct. So many laws that have been made to protect the innocent have been turned around and used on the innocent. Life is still all about choices. The choices we have to make today are a result of choices made during years and years of evolution. It almost seems that the choices our society gives us, is to do things that in the past would not have been tolerated by society. Still, it is a matter of moral consciousness. Solutions  JMO

AGREED! it may be a flawed document but its one of the best ever written by man. take all the laws written since the original constitution , including the amendments, and throw em right the f*ck out the window. take the federal government back down to its intended size and scope. have some of our constitutional scholars, like Ron Paul, more clearly define clauses like "general welfare" and "necessary and proper" that have been used as an excuse to creat giant social(and corporate)welfare programs.

| Luxwolf, that so many jobs have been shipped to other countries and we are buying more imports than products made in the USA. And my biggest complaint is that we have people starving right here in this country, people who have no medicine, people who live on the streets and we are trying to fix other countries. Shouldn't we straighten up our act first? And please tell me why we aren't developing our own technology to make things better instead of importing everything? That only touches the tip of the iceberg for me.

| Well, we could all get on boats and go back across the ocean, and start all over again. If we need to leave again to escape the monarchy, we could go to Siberia...there is alot of unused space there. Or maybe we could figure out how to survive in the outback in Australia....We should just give the US back to the Native Americans anyway, they were better at taking care of it then we have been. We were the ones who came here and acted like we were smarter, better, more spiritual to name a few. But we're just the biggest bullies on the playground.

| 1) "The US will apologize to the world for our "interference" in their affairs, past & present. You know, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Tojo, Noriega, Milosevic, Hussein, and the rest of those "good 'ole' boys", we will never interfere" a gain.
2) We will withdraw our troops from all over the world, starting with Germany, South Korea, the Middle East, and the Philippines They don't want us there. We would station troops at our borders. No one allowed sneaking through holes in the fence.
3) All illegal aliens have 90 days to get their affairs together and leave, we'll give them a free trip home. After 90 days the remainder will be gathered up and deported immediately, regardless of whom or where they are. They're illegal!!! France will welcome them.
4) All future visitors will be thoroughly checked and limited to 90 days unless given a special permit!!!! No one from a terrorist nation will be allowed in. If you don't like it there, change it yourself and don't hide here. Asylum would never be available to anyone. We don't need any more cab drivers or 7-11 cashiers.
5) No foreign "students" over age 21. The older ones are the bombers. If they don't attend classes, they get a "D" and it's back home baby.
6) The US will make a strong effort to become self -sufficient energywise. This will include developing nonpolluting sources of energy but willrequire a temporary drilling of oil in the Alaskan wilderness. The caribou will have to cope for a while
7) Offer Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries $10 a barrel for their oil. If they don't like it, we go someplace else. They can go somewhere else to sell their production. (About a week of the wells filling up the storage sites would be enough.)
8) If there is a famine or other natural catastrophe in the world, we will not "interfere." They can pray to Allah or whomever, for seeds, rain, cement or whatever they need. Besides most of what we give them is stolen or given to the army. The people who need it most get very little, if anything.
9) Ship the UN Headquarters to an isolated island someplace. We don't need the spies and fair weather friends here. Besides, the building would make a good homeless shelter or lockup for illegal aliens.
10) All Americans must go to charm and beauty school. That way, no one can call us "Ugly Americans" any longer. The Language we speak is ENGLISH. learn it...or LEAVE... Now, isn't that a winner of a plan? "The Statue of Liberty is no longer saying "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses." She's got a baseball bat and she's yelling, 'you want a piece of me?'
