About time somebody brought this up, I was gonna create this thread but I wanted to check with the administrator first. I am glad Flothrukarmel did. Bottom line it's a subject many people dismiss, or don't want to touch on, it's against many's beliefs. It's a profound subject, I just hope we can be civil about it. But yes I date interracially, actually prefer it, but it's not everyone's cup of tea, as you will find out here if everyone's honest. I know I am. Let me ad, many white women won't date me cause I am black. Some white women won't date me because I am not black (dark) ENOUGH. Many white women only date black men. Lots of it is pressure from society, many white women do want to, but they are concerned what there friends will say, or there family, or stranger's. I have more to say but I will stop here for now.
Black women are doing it more today then ever dating (white men) I will let them tell their stories if not I will tell some. FANTASTIC JOB FLOTHRUKARMEL!

I dont have a problem with it, and lately I dont know why, I have the urge for anything but black women. Dont get me wrong now, some are still attractive, but after being with a white woman for a year, Im not sure. My heads messed up right now I guess.

Thank goodness Sidirtybird you brought this thread back from the dead. Yo dawg NOBODY said you have to ONLY date black women in this world. Their are so many lovely other flavors out there. Don't limit yourself, show them honey's how we do. Explore bruh It would be a shame to not experience them. There are more that are willing to admit that want us too!

| I don't believe I've ever dated somebody completely a different race, they've all been halfsies, but I never brought them home and introduced them as my "boyfriend". Sure I've thought about it before, but it takes me an awfully long time to warm up to the idea of dating someone completely of a different race, which means I've usually known them for years. I don't know why it is this way, but I wouldn't want to create a situation where I was not allowed to bring them home to meet my family (or get disowned because of it.) Some people say my folks would get over it, they might, they might not... except that they have PAID me to break up with boyfriends they did not approve of...
What can I say? Everyone has a price, they just happened to speak my language at the time where the offer was far more attractive than he was.
