Hi my brother rod

would you like a little cheese to go with that whine of yours?

I believe in forever. However, I was young when I first made that move and never had the foresight to ask if my intended wife believed the same.

While taking of the vows she thought so and then changed her mind down the road.

Perhaps the question should be : How long is Forever

See Ya Bro

A ring is just a thing. It's the commitment that's important.

Sorry rod, hon.

I dunno what I believe in any more. I, of course, haven't ever been married, but I'd LIKE to believe that it COULD be "forever"...

I just..dunno...though.

I guess I'll only be able to answer that when/IF that time were to ever come.

I don't believe in it. Only geese and other animals mate for life. Humans don't or can't, take you pick.

I wish it wasn't so, but.............................

"Forever" is a great theory. There are many couples who do last a very long time - perhaps their entire adult lives. However, there are a lot of reasons why "forever" should not be counted upon in all cases. If your spouse is cheating or abusive - get out. I have known too many people who stayed in abusive relationships because of the theory of "forever".

Making a commitment to do the best you can for as long as you can is, in my opinion, the best approach to take.

I still believe in the concept, but I dont believe a piece of paper(marriage lic.)will make any body more dedicated.
