| I'm still pissed from last night i got stood up now don't get me wrong i've done the same thing before but dam it's not suppose to happen to me lol but at least i have a believe able excuse her's was lame please "am i with stupid or what" getting stood up how does it feel and what are some lame things people say to you why they did'nt come cause im still pissed lol.

| I always call before I start getting ready for the date to confirm everything. And I warn him that my cell phone will be on and if he doesn't show up within 10 minutes without calling first, I am outa there. Don't feel bad about yourself on this. Put the blame on the person who should own it, the person who stood you up. Then move on and thank God you found out now rather than later when your heart was involved.
I am truly sorry this girl did this to you!

| hey , i'm just wondering if you've talked to her since.,and what excuse did you get. because these are wonderful. someone whould write the stood up book. i've had it happen once but she got into an accident on the way and both hips broke. needless to say i felt guilty as all hell. brought flowers to the hospital and visited for a while. she got better got married to someone else and it all went well. but post the excuse i'm sure plenty would love to hear it.

| the stories they come up with are so stupid and dont even make since if you notice their favorite is always oh i had to take someone to the hospital but yeh she text me and told me some bullshit and i text her back and cussed her out

| I got stood up last night...it was the guy's birthday and his buddies wanted to take him out. He said that he forgot that he made plans with them, but that he'd take me out tonight and "make up for it" even thought it's his birthday. He called me back later last night to say that his friends stood him up, but by then I'd already gotten the girls together and I was out. He can make it up to me tonight.

| Years ago I got stood up. Now what I'm about to tell you next was done out of pure anger. I first met the man on a dating site. We set up to meet for coffee. I waited, he never showed, never phoned, never left a message. I was pissed. Went onto the dating site, created a bogus profile and put up a picture of some model type woman. (I know this was very wrong). I contacted him and knew he wouldn't be able to resist. We set up a meeting. I arrived early, parked my car in a spot where I could see the coffee shop. He arrived with flowers in hand. I sat and watched him standing there waiting, and waiting. When I got back home, I emailed him and said, now you know what it feels like to be stood up...
