I was divorced in 1993 and am the extremely proud father of one gorgeous child, my lovely 21 years old daughter SARAH. My only other close living relative is my ailing 82 years old mother, who lives with me. I have been her caretaker for several years now, since her physical condition failed to the point that she could not live alone. My other "room mate" is my best friend "Bandit", a 6 years old beagle.
My heart is big as the sky. I find that I am overly trusting, too giving, and ridiculously generous. I am trying to learn from my mistakes, but it is hard to not be a giver when it is part of your nature.
I was born with a deep need to love and to be loved. A deep need for true love that is mutual and selfless.
I love to kiss!!! I feel that a great kiss is almost as intimate as sex. My one-and-only should not be surprised if I suddenly swing her around and place a big lip lock on her any place we my be at. It may happen while walking along arm-in-arm at a festival, while shopping at a mall, during dinner, while slow dancing to a love song, at a traffic light, or anywhere we are together. I enjoy kissing for hours and believe that a great kiss makes hearts skip a beat, curls toes, makes the juices flow and lingers for days.
I also love to walk hand-in-hand, or with my arm around my lady's waist. I would describe myself as being very lovey/dovey, touchy/feely and huggy/kissy. In other words, if you do not care for a caring, affectionate, loving man, you won't like me.
I have been single for many years. Initially, I dated a lot of physically beautiful women and enjoyed many great and special times. However, my daughter was still very young; and, she came to visit with me every other weekend. Unfortunately, I often found that the woman I was dating was jealous of the weekends that I enjoyed being alone with my daughter. Around the time that my daughter turned 18, my mother became seriously ill, and I stopped dating all together to take care of my mom.
Now, my mom is doing much better; and, I hope to start dating again. I am not into bar hopping or one night stands. I am looking for my Cinderella, my Guinivere, my Pretty Woman! I hope to find that one special loving lady that I have dreamed of my entire life. She will be my best friend, my confidante, my comrade, my playmate, my romantic equivalent, my adventurous lover, my soul mate, my one-and-only true, love my partner in life.
