to be honest, i don't particularly like typing. i am a bit lackadasical about writing alot, because my life is full and typing takes time, in my case. i am divorced. i am an artist, i'm remodeling the house as money and energy permit. love to laugh. i can be very funny. rarely laugh at other people unless they are in on it and will laugh, too. i have liberal views. (democrat)
i support myself and my youngest son (19, working part-time and going to school) and paying off my debts is one of my top priorities. i'm doing it. don't eat out much because of this and you could call me a spend thrift. i have a bevy of women friends and don't experience alot of loneliness. never was atletic, don't watch organized sports (except my kid's soccer lol). not peevish or self pitying. conscious of boundaries--never used to be. outgoing. enjoy my alone time. i value men, and understand the differences. my interest at this point is talking (i enjoy the point of view) and sharing activities. love animals.
one of my main interests at this point in my life is spirituality. i investigate and incorporate concepts than do not oppose my basic beliefs (ie the four agreements-mayan, and the virtues of lovingkindness, compassion and sympatetic joy-hindu/buddist) in fact, will be attending a free series next weekend on these virtues. i read, paint, watch csi/law and order, clean, make headway on my projects-always have one, and make time for the people in my life. i'm fifty two. i don't use drugs and i don't drink, unless you count cigarettes and coffee.
i have a phd in the school of hard knocks. lol. no, ive studied art, some nursing, paralegal studies (three more classes for associate) i am a journeyman carpenter, but im not working in the field. i retired as a building inspector for the city. i live on a pension and work part time. anyway, thats about it. whew. wonder why i put this off?
