I honestly have difficulty putting all of my feelings, characteristics, and needs out there on paper, but I'll give it a shot! I have moved a couple of times in the last few years, and ended up with a great job but my friends are no longer close by. It definitely makes it challenging to meet new people. I'm a musician and a teacher, so I'm looking for someone that I can actually have adult conversation with! I enjoy talking about almost anything, and enjoy new challenges. I have a wide variety of musical interests, from opera, broadway and classical, to the newest pop or rock song. I like music that's a little edgy and has a message, but then again I just like rocking out and having fun too. I'm like that in a lot of ways; I can stay home with a movie or book, or go out for a fancy night out.
As hard as it is to describe myself, it's just that easy to know what I'm looking for. Someone with energy, drive, passion, a variety of interests, a fun nature, communication skills, honesty, open-mindedness, and acceptance of who I am with both my strengths and flaws. I don't believe there is a perfect man out there, but I do believe there is someone who can compliment and fit with me and my lifestyle. I'm not looking for my "other half", because I think that we should both be whole individuals who respect, accept, and add to each other's life. I am serious about finding someone to share my life with, and so should you. I'm done dealing with manipulative games, selfishness, and thoughtlessness, and I hope you find those things as contemptible as I do.
