If you consider "stuff" or money a priority in a relationship, you need not go any further. The only significance money has to me is simple...you can always make more of it. It becomes insignificant and clutters relationships. I do believe that woman deserve the finer things in life, but I believe that the heart and soul are irreplaceable and un-insurable, unlike money and "stuff". Money should play no significance in finding a soul mate in life.
Although looks are important at first and create that initial connection/chemistry, I believe it is the connections made from the heart and soul that are most important. I am very spiritual, helping people along the way to find their inner, core strength and beauty. It's amazing how many beautiful people are out there, yet they don't see it within themselves. I hope to find someone that puts great importance in sharing feelings and emotions. I believe each person is given two soul mates, one male and one female. Those people should both challenge and comfort. Soul mates should cradle a person's heart and soul, making sure they protect it and don't damage it with insignificance. Envelope it with love and caring. Help when help is needed and create space when distance is needed. Soul mates learn that getting through the easy times...is easy, but making sure you are there for each other through the hard times...well, that defines the depths of the relationship. The unbridled trust in emotions between each other creates the closeness within the relationship.
I have, in the past opened my heart and trusted, but have only felt hurt or distance in return. I'm looking for that special person that isn't afraid to share everything, regardless of what it may be. The ability to follow her heart rather than her head, even if it's the hardest thing to do in her life and every single fiber says..."protect" and "pull away".
I believe that trust needs to be given prior to being earned. I believe in chivalry. Opening a door for a woman...every single time because women should be treated like Queens...with respect and passion. Cherished like a beautiful sunset. I believe in actions speaking louder than words. I've been hurt in the past by words that aren't followed by actions. I believe love needs to be proved on a daily basis, if only by a phone call or a quick hello. "I love you" comes from the heart and soul...and should otherwise...never be used or said. Some people throw around "I love you" like they are ordering a hamburger. The difference being...after you eat the hamburger...you feel full. After "I love you", with nothing behind it...you still feel empty.
