I was in an almost meaningless relationship recently with someone who thought just because they paid the lease, that they were superior. Even though I paid for everything else and the home, the furniture, and everything else that goes with it, all belong to me and all of these things were already in place when that person came into my life. He saw a vulnerable woman I guess. It is so aggravating and painful to be treated like that. Funny thing is, I did love him, but his superiority and harsh comments ruined that, in time, ruined all that. Disrespect and flipant, mean comments, are more than I can bare. I just want to be loved, appreciated, and feel safe with my guy! And I will give the same in return.
