 I think the most important thing about me is my attitude. It takes a lot to get me bent out of shape, just a live and let live guy. Now, that don't mean I don't have strong feelings about things, because I do. I have a very strong opinion about drugs, taxes, politics, you name it and I have an opinion. Overal I am easy to get along with. I do get a little nervous sometimes when I meet a lady for the first time.
I'm at the point in my life that I feel I don't have to have everything. I am ready for a few changes in my life. About every 13 to 15 years i do get the erg to make a few changes. I still have not figured out what I want to do when I grow up. I'm not one to move around a lot, and have only lived in two houses since I have been on my own. Some would call that strange while others would call that stable.
I enjoy my free time and having a flexible schedule. That's the main reason I have been self emloyed for over 13 years. It gives you time to pursue other interests and income sources.
I curently live with a 16 year old, stinky, half blind, but very well trained small dog. Last count, I think I have 4 cats also. Last time I looked there was 5 and that is about 4 too many for me. I am also a recovering pack rat, and actually doing very well at getting my home unclutered. I enjoy cooking if I have someone to cook for.
My opinion ......
I read all of those profiles, and all I see is the same old thing. I see people, both male and female talking about walks on the beach, horse back riding, dancing and nights on the town. They are all the same thing. I just pass a lot of those by. Sometimes because I think they are just saying what they think people are looking for, and sometimes I think I can't keep up with them. I read the profiles that seem real, like they are simply telling it like it is. Not trying to impress anyone, even if it might mean that a potential mate might just pass them by. I have never considered my best feature to be my looks. Actually my best features may take someone weeks to realize. Some of my best features are my creativity, and the ability to cope with life. To be strong in the face of adversity. To be able to solve the problems I may be faced with, is a far better virtue than my looks. Let all those other guys with the muscles and good looks get all of the models. Let them have the women that are hot, let them use them for a few weeks and move to the next one. Let them do that because they can and that's the only reason they do. I think we all know the type, with the picture in his profile of himself on a 4 wheeler or jet ski. We all know one, all the things he does but can't fix a leak under the sink.
