If your looking for down to earth, here it is. I'm a well rounded gal with a good sense of humor. I don't wear make-up very often, and when I do it's very little. I can think of a lot of better things to do with my time than stand in front of a mirror. I'm not a big shopper either. I think I own a total of 6 pairs of shoes. If you were to ask my friends they would probably say I'm " low- maintenance".
I believe in treating others with honesty, and sincerity, and expect the same. I'm not much on sarcasm, sure everyone cracks a sarcastic joke now and then, but if it's used to belittle or in excess count me out.
I'm a hard worker and value that in another ( no workaholics though), but I'm one of those that thinks working in my yard and hanging Christmas lights is fun, HA. I try to continually improve myself , in some fashion or another. Even if it's just making sure I'm aware of what is going on in the world. There's a lot of naive people out there.
Most of the time I'm pretty laid back, and a home body ( in fact I'm in my PJs right now) Having two children, you tend to get creative with inexpensive things to do. So your income really doesn't matter to me.
Wouldn't it be great to meet someone who when your with them that Murphey's Law doesn't matter? Because it doesn't matter if your on the first date or been together forever, things can go wrong, and a "partner, friend, companion, lover,spouse" (whatever you want to call it) that is your team mate and knows how to relax and roll with the punches is a hell of alot easier to be around. Everyone wants somebody they can be themselves around, problem is most of the time in the beginning were on our best behavior- or not really listening to all the signals. All I ask is that you just be you and I'll just be me, and then we'll just roll with the punches from there.
